Trip Sweepstakes Official Rules No Purchase Necessary. You may enter by visiting www.hollywoodtans.com during the Sweepstakes Entry Period (Contest begins 12:00:01 a.m. EDT on August 1, 2008, ends 11:59:59 p.m. EDT September 30, 2008) and clicking on the Summer Sweepstakes link to be connected to the Official Entry Form. Complete all the requested information and follow the instructions to enter online. Online entries must be transmitted and received by 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on September 30, 2008. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Multiple entry attempts from the same person or email address will be rejected. Hollywood Tans’ (“Sponsor”) computer is the official time keeping device for this sweepstakes. Proof of e-mailing does not constitute proof of delivery or entry. Participation: Contest begins 12:00:01 a.m. EDT on August 1, 2008, ends 11:59:59 p.m. EDT September 30, 2008 and is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, plus Washington, D.C., 18 years of age or older. IF THE WINNER IS UNDER THE AGE OF 21, THEY MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY SOMEONE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. Employees, and members of their immediate families and households, of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and anyone else involved in the production, development or handling of this Sweepstakes are not eligible. Selection of Winner/Validations: Winner will be selected at random on or about October 15, 2008 by Hollywood Tans, whose decisions are final on all aspects of the Sweepstakes. The potential grand prize winner will be notified by phone and/or standard mail. If winner notification is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address or if winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will result in forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected. Grand prize winner and winner’s guest will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Travel Release with (where lawful) a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of attempted winner notification as indicated by the date on the Affidavit. Failure to return any required documents within seven (7) days may result in prize forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected. Grand Prize winner’s guest also must sign a travel release.If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including disruptions caused by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause that corrupts, affects or compromises the administration, security, fairness, integrity, proper conduct or intended play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual Sponsor deems responsible and Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, and randomly select winner from entries unaffected by the problem. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, including any erroneous appearance of qualification for a prize. All entries must be personally entered by the individual who is listed as the entrant, and no third party may enter the sweepstakes for or on behalf of any person. Prize/Odds: The following prize will be awarded: One (1) Grand Prize: 5 day/4 night cruise for two (2) sailing on Monday, February 23, 2009 from Miami, FL to Key West, FL and Cozumel, Mexico, returning to Miami, FL on Friday, February 27, 2009, stateroom based on double occupancy on board gratuities, round trip coach air transportation between Ft. Lauderdale International or Miami International Airport(final determination to be made by Sponsor upon selection of winner) and major airport in the U.S nearest the winner’s home, round trip ground transfers to and from FTL or MIA airport to Port of Miami, and all airline and cruiseline taxes. If winner lives in the Miami area, ground transportation may be substituted for air travel. Terms and conditions of travel and accommodations at discretion of Sponsor. A major credit card will be required at cruiseline check in to cover any miscellaneous expenses. Travel times and flights subject to availability; certain blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Travel must be on one itinerary and be arranged through Sponsor by 11/30/08. Winner and travel companion are responsible for all documentation necessary for travel, and must comply with all security requirements. Odds depend upon number of entries received. Sweepstakes is open to over 100 million Internet users. No substitution or transfer of prize, except if prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Taxes and any expenses not listed above are responsibility of winner. Allow 4-6 weeks after validation for receipt or arrangement of receipt of prize. If any winner is a minor under state law, prize may be awarded to parent or legal guardian, who must sign all required documents. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold sponsor and its agencies harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage. By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by all the Official Rules of this Sweepstakes. No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash portions of the prize may not be redeemed for cash value (unless at the sole discretion of Sponsor). Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Winner will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize. All other expenses on the receipt and use of the prize not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of the winner. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. Winner’s first initial, last name, hometown and state will be disclosed on Winner’s List which will be distributed upon request and as required by law. No groups, clubs or organizations may reproduce or distribute any portion of these Official Rules to its members. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.
